Abdulrahman AlQahtani brings over 35 years of invaluable expertise to the Oil & Gas industry, marked by a distinguished career that includes key leadership roles such as NAGPD Director and NATSD Director.

He currently serves as the Director of the Northern Area Technical Support Department, Saudi Aramco where his visionary leadership continues to shape the industry landscape with a proven track record of excellence. Renowned as the driving force behind the Manifa Project, he has been a steadfast champion in the offshore sector, blending his extensive onshore experience in water desalination, water supply, injection and WOSEP (Water, Oil Separation and Export Package).

In August 2022, Ziad was appointed as Schlumberger Global Midstream Director covering four business lines: process systems, production facilities, production chemistry, and production services. Ziad is based in Dubai as the headquarters for Midstream business with 5 global execution centers and 3 technology centers in Houston and Norway.

Ziad has more than 29 years of experience in Schlumberger. Over the years, he held positions of increasing responsibility across the globe covering the whole oil and gas spectrum from the Middle East to North Africa, USA, and Asia.

He supervised several technical units and Mega projects ensuring implementation of best practice processes in the project life-cycle. With a strong contribution to in-country value initiatives and a solid operational background, he leads diverse organizations with a worldwide footprint.

Russell Dunn is the Global Product Lead for Water and Wastewater Treatment at Baker Hughes.

With over 30 years experience in Industrial water and wastewater treatment design, commissioning, product application, and troubleshooting he is currently responsible for Baker Hughes offering to the mid and downstream markets.

He has been with Baker Hughes in various capacities for the past 10 years, with particular focus on the KSA and GCC regions.

Khalid H. Al-Jamea is the Director of the Sea Water Injection Department at Aramco. There, he leads the Companys flagship sustainable water management for oil production, the Qurayyah Sea Water Plant (QSWP). It is the largest operation of its type in the world,
treating seawater for reservoir pressure maintenance, thus preserving valuable groundwater. Throughout his 25+ years career at Aramco, Mr. Al-Jamea has fused his education in Mechanical Engineering with a Master of Business Administration, delivering high-impact initiatives in Saudi Arabia and abroad. These include Engineering, Project Management & Commissioning and Plants Operations. He has been the Director of Oil & Gas production departments, including the giant remote Shaybah field during his management tenure at Aramco.

Mr. Al-Jamea has overseen pioneering sustainability initiatives in energy-efficiency, biodiversity, and nature-based solutions. Under his leadership, the seawater injection system has become a model of implementing Aramcos digital transformation strategy.

Gregory Welch is the Director of Business Development at ENOWA in NEOM where he oversees the brine component of ENOWA Waters integrated desalination and zero liquid discharge strategy. Greg brings over 25 years of senior management experience in the water sector with a focus on procurement and development of major projects in water, energy, oil and gas, and infrastructure.

His work spans numerous countries including Canada, the US, Thailand, Bahrain, Qatar, UAE, and now Saudi Arabia.
